Synopsis
You will develop your understanding of infectious disease prevention and control. This includes an understanding of disease transmission, epidemiology, surveillance, health protection and infection control, and the importance of collaboration and communication to prevent and control outbreaks. You will apply these principles to a range of infectious disease scenarios. Irrespective of the career path you take, you will be equipped with the skills needed to respond to outbreaks as they happen.
