Professional practice portfolio

This is a capstone unit in the Master of Clinical Pharmacy. The unit builds on learning from all units undertaken in the Master of Clinical Pharmacy, in particular the ability to reflect on practice, formulate questions, identify knowledge gaps, and analyse available evidence. It will require you to utilise the advancing practice competencies embedded in the National Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia to reflect on your level of performance and identify means to further advance your practice.
