Synopsis
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in quality improvement and client education, through supervised practice and working as part of a private practice health care team.
You will be exposed to professional, ethical and legal aspects of podiatry care and have opportunities to develop technical, clinical, personal and professional skills.
This unit will help you develop your role as a quality manager. You will complete a clinical placement in a private practice setting, where you will identify and develop a quality improvement activity relevant to the setting.
Further to this, you will build your knowledge and experience to develop the competencies required for independent practice.
