This unit will deepen your understanding and expertise in addressing complex mental health issues. Consolidating learning from prior units, it integrates advanced assessment and intervention approaches with a strong emphasis on case formulation, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice.
You will critically engage with complex client presentations, consider various psychological and contextual factors, and reflect on your professional growth.
Through experiential learning and the development of a personalised professional development plan, you will enhance your capacity to apply advanced treatment approaches in real-world settings as an adaptive, resourceful, and compassionate clinical psychologist.
