Synopsis
You will continue your anatomy study starting with the soft and bony structures of the vertebral column, followed by the thorax and thoracic contents. The early stages of embryo development are explored.
You will be introduced to the principles of pathology, and will then apply this knowledge to the respiratory and musculoskeletal systems. Study of physiology of these systems will underpin your understanding of pathological processes.
You will learn to identify normal and abnormal radiographic anatomy on plain film radiographs in regions of the limbs, spine, thorax and abdomen.
