Overview
This unit introduces and develops the foundational knowledge and skills around the legal and administrative frameworks that underpin the implementation of planning in Indonesia, set within national and international contexts. You will critically analyse the roles and powers of governments, markets and communities, and their respective impacts on policy and planning instruments.

When you finish this unit, you should be able to:
