This unit develops knowledge and experience of community engagement theory and techniques, social impact analysis, and the ability to address fundamental issues for diverse communities including Indigenous people. You will explore methods for deploying new communication technologies, innovative community consultation and conflict resolution strategies through proactive mediations and negotiations.
