Overview
Cybersecurity focuses on safeguarding computer systems, networks, and data from theft, damage, and unauthorised access. This specialisation covers areas such as software security, cryptography, ethical hacking, and, privacy-enhancing technologies blending technical, practical, legal, and ethical perspectives. Students will choose two advanced units from the cybersecurity offerings and complete a year-long project, applying their acquired skills to solve real-world security challenges, preparing them for careers in this essential and ever-evolving field.
