Overview
The specialisation in economics and economic policy provides advanced skills for theoretical and empirical analysis of decision-making by economic agents in a wide variety of human interactions arising in the social, political and economic domains. A wide range of units allows you to gain vital skills to engage with urgent policy issues relating to energy, environment, and internet technologies, among others. These units will provide you with the knowledge and skills to utilise market-based and community-based solutions for a wide range of local and global problems. With this specialisation, you can aspire for various roles in the private sector and government.
