Overview
Global economic landscapes are becoming increasingly more dynamic, uncertain and tech- driven, with shorter cycle times requiring more agile and lean approaches to better optimise the probability of success in starting and growing a business. Entrepreneurship is a major priority of just about every country as it is not just the engine house of the future, it also democratises economic wealth creation, leading to better standards of living. Entrepreneurs realise opportunities and solve problems through creativity and innovation, whether in existing markets and firms, or new markets and firms. Entrepreneurial mindsets and capabilities are the cryptocurrency of the future of work and this specialisation will challenge students ‘to do’ as opposed to ‘planning to do’. You will learn from real entrepreneurs and innovators who will help you prepare for a future that may involve starting a business or challenging ‘business as usual’ in an existing business.
