Overview
Leaders within and managers of health and community service organisations are at the forefront of service delivery. They are facing a period of rapidly rising costs, an ageing population, and greater co-morbidity of the population. Being able to deliver sustainable services that promote equitable access, effectiveness, efficiency and safety in service delivery is one of the great challenges of our time.
