Overview
Project management develops the diverse skills required to manage projects and programmes across corporate, government, and not for profit sectors. You will learn to analyse project environments with rigour, from leading diverse teams and stakeholders to navigating communication, culture, and organisational politics. The specialisation promotes an evidence based and interdisciplinary approach to critical thinking and problem solving. You will apply both theory and practical strategy, make ethical and sustainable decisions, and use digital tools and AI responsibly. This prepares you for a range of careers in which you deliver complex projects across the private and public sectors, locally and globally.
