Supply chain management introduces you to the coordination of people, organisations, technologies and processes that underpin the effective supply of products and services. You will develop foundational knowledge in operations, logistics, project management and data-driven decision-making, learning to use digital tools and AI responsibly to analyse and improve supply chain performance. You will develop critical thinking, discipline knowledge and a global perspective. This minor complements any commerce major by equipping you with practical, in-demand capabilities for roles in procurement, operations, manufacturing supervision and project management across diverse industries.
