Synopsis

This unit introduces the history and fundamental perspectives of management. By examining real-life scenarios and engaging in creative practices, you will learn to apply these perspectives to address contemporary managerial challenges. Through this process, you will develop collaboration and communication skills, as well as your capacity for self-reflection, preparing you for your future career as a manager. The overall objective of the unit is to equip future managers with the skills and knowledge needed to create sustainable organisations that serve complex and diverse stakeholders, including employees, the environment, and the external communities.
