Overview
The Business management major develops advanced analytical, strategic and leadership capabilities for managing organisations in digitally enabled, globally connected and socially responsible contexts. The major integrates operations and supply‑chain management, organisational theory, entrepreneurship, strategy and adaptive and inclusive leadership, enabling students to apply contemporary frameworks to real‑world problems. Through practice‑based, sequenced assessments, students cultivate analytical rigour, agile decision‑making, inclusive communication and collaborative leadership. Graduates are prepared for managerial and professional roles that demand ethical judgement, sustainability awareness and the responsible use of digital tools (including AI).
