Overview

This unit develops you as a leader for life, not solely for your own benefit, but for the benefit of the wider community. The unit is structured as a leadership development laboratory in which you will actively test evidence-based leadership behaviours, examine how those behaviours are interpreted by others, and refine your practice through feedback and reflection. Learning is grounded in leadership science and emphasises self-awareness, behavioural experimentation, and moral judgment. Leadership development is treated as an iterative process of action, feedback, and recalibration, equipping you to lead thoughtfully and responsibly across diverse contexts.
