Overview
Human resource management equips you with the knowledge and interpersonal skills to sustainably recruit, develop, motivate and retain people in contemporary workplaces. The minor covers recruitment, training, performance management and diversity, while cultivating critical problem-solving, effective communication and teamwork. Through applied modules, you will acquire skills in digital HR systems, workforce analytics and the ethical use of HR technologies. The curriculum strengthens operational leadership and prepares graduates for roles in general management, team coordination and corporate administration roles across sectors.
