Overview

Sustainability and responsible management delivers the corporate governance, systems thinking and ethical capabilities needed to engage with socio-environmental complexity and drive responsible organizational change. You will explore how foundations in governance, circular economics, and climate risks intersect with everyday professional practice. Your learning outcomes focus on analysing real-world sustainability metrics, evaluated through practical, industry-aligned assessments. You will cultivate critical evaluation, global perspectives, and collaborative communication skills while learning to responsibly evaluate sustainability metrics via digital platforms, preparing you to lead sustainability initiatives and champion responsible business practices within multidisciplinary teams across diverse sectors.

The minor comprises 24 credit points, with no more than 12 credit points at unit Level 1.

Bachelor of Business (Caulfield) and Bachelor of Commerce (Clayton)

You must complete 24 credit points comprising:
- 6 credit points of core units; and
- 18 credit points of specified discipline units.

You must complete 18 credit points of specified discipline units. Units may be chosen from:
- any of the units listed below;

- You may complete either BFC3999 or BFF3999. Only one of these units can count towards the 36 credit points required.
- You may complete either MGC1010 or MGF1010. Only one of these units can count towards the 36 credit points required.
