The unit introduces key concepts and theories of organizational behaviour and organisational change to enhance the employee, team and organisational outcomes. Topics covered include perception and learning, attitude, personality, motivation, stress, teamwork, power and influence, organisational culture, leadership and change, and organisational transformation and change.
