Effective communication is critical in today's dynamic global business environment. Tomorrow's leaders need to understand, manage and respond to key strategic communications goals and challenges in a world of digitalisation and globalisation. This specialisation focuses on the skills, knowledge and key capabilities needed to build and execute effective and ethical communication and stakeholder engagement strategies. You will gain expertise in critical areas of public relations and crisis communications, audience research and data analytics, advocacy and change. You will also gain an understanding of best practice in strategic communications management locally and globally, as well as across corporate, government, not-for-profit and community sectors.
