The Technology and Innovation specialisation equips you to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding in the laws regulating technology and innovation. You can choose from an extensive range of units with a technological focus, including units in intellectual property, privacy and surveillance, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and the law, online dispute resolution, media and entertainment law, technology contracts and licensing, forensic evidence and cybercrime. This specialisation is designed to place graduates to be at the forefront of these developments and equips them to embrace the new opportunities available and to address the challenges of managing legal risks in an environment of widespread adoption of digital technology.
