Overview

The Transnational Economic Regulation specialisation equips students to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding, both in the conduct of states in international economic relations and the conduct of private parties involved in international business transactions. Students can choose from units that cover the diverse subject areas relevant to this field of study, including regulatory theory, design, and lawyering, international and comparative economic and business law, international commercial dispute resolution and intellectual property, technology and digital law.
This specialisation is suitable for graduates interested developing or enhancing careers which call for expertise in transnational economic law both within and beyond the legal profession, including in in government, and the international development sector.
