Graduate Certificate of Human Resource Management

B4012

Overview

The Graduate Certificate of Human Resource management is a forward focused and evidence-based engagement with HR’s role in the emerging environment characterised by change and uncertainty. With a focus on ‘the future of work’ and ‘the future of HRM’ you will learn about current views regarding the changing nature of HRM brought about by changes to the organisational and employment context. This includes contemporary challenges such as COVID and other major disruptions now and in the future, technological disruption, sustainability (of work, organisations and the environment) and an emerging challenge of the ‘human’ element of organisational success. The course is designed to meet your needs if you are interested in entering HRM or interested in enhancing your qualification as a solid basis for your HRM careers. The course will give you HR knowledge and hence capabilities to develop effective and progressive responses to HR challenges faced by contemporary organisations and the people they engage.
