The course is structured in three parts: Part A. Foundation skills and knowledge, Part B. Application and implementation and Part C. Mastering innovation.
Part A. Foundation skills and knowledge
Through multidisciplinary studies you will decipher the essence of innovation and explore the role of management, marketing, regulation and resource allocation in shaping our socio-economic fortunes. Drawing on innovation methodologies and tools you will explore innovation in the Indonesian context and further your ability to do business in complex environments.
Part B. Application and implementation
Building on the foundation capabilities you acquired in Part A you will extend your knowledge of innovation with models and theories from finance, leadership, institutional theory and operations management. You will explore how digitisation is altering the 'rules of the game' for businesses and government and seek out opportunities to apply your knowledge to current problems and implement solutions that create and capture value for Indonesia.
Part C. Mastering innovation
The focus of these studies is professional or scholarly work that can contribute to a portfolio of professional development. We will explore innovative approaches to human capital development and seek out ways to increase the productivity of Indonesia's informal sector labour force.

Depending on prior qualifications you may receive entry level credit (a form of block credit) which determines your point of entry to the course:
- If you are admitted at entry level 1 you complete 72 credit points, comprising Part A, Part B and Part C
- If you are admitted at entry level 2 you complete 48 credit points, comprising Part B and Part C
- If you are admitted at entry level 3 you complete 24 credit points, comprising Part C
Note: If you are eligible for credit for prior studies you may elect not to receive the credit and complete one of the higher credit-point options.
