Synopsis
In this unit, you will examine case studies of gender-related issues in the workplace, drawing upon up-to-date research in sociology, organisational psychology, education, and cultural studies. You will develop a theoretically informed perspective for understanding topics that are relevant and increasingly attended to in the workplace, such as organisation dynamics, gender- and sexuality-based discrimination, and diversity and inclusion.
