Overview
Digital language is ever-present and has permeated personal and professional communication. In this unit, you will acquire the knowledge and skills to understand the structures, affordances and practices that shape these complex communicative events. These will be imparted through a series of practical examples, which will be analysed in assessment tasks across the unit. Knowledge of themes such as identity, audience, literacy and multimodality can thereby be transferred and applied across personal and professional domains including education and the workplace.
