Overview
This unit reviews the strategic and important role research plays in the tourism industry both globally and in Australia. Topics include defining the research problem and objectives, analysing secondary data sources, qualitative and quantitative methodology selection, sampling and questionnaire design, fieldwork preparation, data analytics and the effective presentation of findings and insights

When you finish this unit, you should be able to:
