When you finish this unit, you should be able to:

   Identify relevant site, cultural and contextual parameters as part of design research;

   Apply knowledge from environmental science and building technology in the material, structural and constructional sophisticated resolution of a medium scale, complex design project;

   Synthesize and visually communicate design research in the exploration and detailed articulation of a medium scale, complex project design options and outcomes;

   Recognise and integrate diverse forms of community consultation and collaboration during the design process;

5. 5

   Promote health and wellbeing outcomes for Country through a deep understanding of Indigenous Peoples aspirations of care through appropriate siting, spatial configuration and material;

6. 6

   Critically evaluate and communicate design options in response to the project objectives and brief and justify the preferred options.
