Overview

In this unit, you will explore and apply an intersectional understanding of gender. You will build your awareness of the power structures that impact your daily life by exploring the cultural debates around issues such as Motherhood, rethinking family, gender and work, victimisation, consent, and reproductive rights. You will reflect on your own experiences and observations and connect these to the theories and frameworks explored in the unit.
