Learning outcomes
When you finish this unit, you should be able to:

develop a critical understanding of the relationship between tradition, innovation and sustainability

understand key aspects of Italian arts, tourism, and enogastronomy, as embedded in the context of contemporary Italian culture and society;

students with little or no knowledge of Italian will learn some basic structure of the Italian language in everyday communication
