Synopsis
Designed exclusively for PPE students, this study tour will immerse you in the political, philosophical, and economic issues of a major society in the Indo-Pacific region. PPE students will meet with and learn from academics and practitioners in the fields of politics, philosophy, and economics, including think tanks and non-governmental organizations. In doing so, you will analyse the causes and consequences of the changing power dynamics in Australia’s geo-political region, and comprehend the political, philosophy, and economic perspectives of the host country. By the end of this study tour, you will have a comprehension of the political and economic forces shaping the coming century in the Indo-Pacific, and the diverse ideas emerging to interpret this change.
