Start-up fastrack 2
BEX5416
Synopsis
Part 2 of the ‘Start-up Fastrack’ experience is strongly focused on the viability and structuring aspects of a new start-up. Start-up teams in Fastrack 2 will be thoroughly immersed in the real world of start-ups and getting your venture to market with paying customers. To achieve this, you will be guided by expert entrepreneurs in understanding how best to structure your business, how to gain funding if required and how to translate a minimum viable product (MVP) into a business with market traction. You will also become more adept at selling and negotiating and at communicating your value proposition to key stakeholders such as customers, end-users, investors and mentors. Ultimately in Fastrack 2 each team will get to a point where they have paying customers and a clear growth runway or a fundamental understanding driven by the market as to why the business needs to pivot to be successful.
