Synopsis
This unit builds from the foundational units in the Masters of Economics degree and equips you with the skills required of a professional economist. You will work on several consulting topics using the skills acquired in the degree. This practice will help you build your writing, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork skills, ultimately supporting you in your future career activities. At the end of the unit, you will be required to submit an original research or consulting piece on a topic of your choice. The unit will be conducted in a workshop style, with topics chosen to support you in your written project and build the capability expected of a Masters graduate in economics.
