The unit explores the historical and contemporary experiences of culturally, linguistically, and socially diverse groups through critical engagement with theory and practice. You will discuss and analyse the key terms, concepts, policies and practices as a way of understanding national and global issues and creating an inclusive educational environment. Designing a case study linked to an educational context of your choice, you will evaluate and apply theoretical concepts to enhance your understanding of learning with diverse students and build your capacities as an inclusive practitioner.
