FIT2002 IT project management

When you finish this unit, you should be able to:

   Analyse and evaluate predictive and adaptive project management methodologies, such as PMBOK, Agile and Scrum, and apply appropriate approaches to manage IT projects;

   Develop and evaluate key project artefacts, such as project charters, scope statements, backlogs, schedules and other planning documents, for real-world IT project scenarios;

   Analyse project risks, stakeholder needs, constraints and project governance considerations to support informed decision-making;

   Demonstrate effective teamwork, communication and stakeholder engagement in project environments;

5. 5

   Critically evaluate the use of emerging tools, such as AI, in project management contexts.
