A case study approach will be adopted which will focus on inherent issues surrounding management and deployment of enterprise systems, together with implementation issues influencing the impact of these systems on the organisation. SAP S/4 HANA will be the software of choice to introduce students to the complexity of enterprise resource planning systems through tutorial workshops.
