Overview
This unit introduces you to techniques of appraisal in the evaluation of programs and technologies. It emphasises issues of data synthesis, analysis and presentation to produce the best evidence for making choices between alternative courses of action in business. While examples are in health, the principles and practices are applicable to a wide range of programs and projects.
