Overview
The increased use of digital technologies in our workplaces has radically changed not only the nature of the workplace but the legal and regulatory frameworks that govern how we work. In this unit you will analyse the contemporary employment and labour law issues relating to the digital workplace, including the traditional legal categories of worker, the burgeoning of consultants and freelance work, working from home and flexible employment arrangements, as well as changed employment rights and duties in new contractual arrangements.
