This unit explores the contemporary practice of leadership and prepares participants to influence others ethically, in emergent environments, without reliance on formal authority, and no matter their hierarchical level. Building on foundational concepts and models of leadership practice and organisational behaviour, the unit provides students with opportunities to reflect on their personal experiences of leadership and further develop their leadership practice in contemporary contexts.
