The foundation of long-term leadership effectiveness is a sound understanding of one's self, and how to manage one's self throughout the leadership journey. This unit introduces frameworks for critical thinking and ethical decision-making. It explores individuals' values and behaviours as they impact on others, with the aim of developing you capabilities in impacting and influencing the performance of individuals and teams.
