Synopsis
Business executives develop and execute strategy in dynamic and complex environments shaped by technology, competition, political and social change and global influences; in the modern world, industry boundaries are being restructured and entirely new industries are being created. Strategic Management involves the development, evaluation and application of strategy to create successful and sustainable long-term organisation futures. Contemporary strategic challenges and opportunities for executives and senior and middle managers such as ESG (environmental, social and governance) risk, governance and sustainability will be addressed.
