Overview

In this unit, you will develop, evaluate and apply the foundations of strategic management to assist organisations in creating successful and sustainable long-term futures. You will learn to identify strategic issues, evaluate options and recommend optimal strategies with due regard to challenges and opportunities in the organisational environment. Contemporary strategic challenges and opportunities for executives and senior and middle managers such as ESG (environmental, social and governance) risk, governance and sustainability will be addressed.
