Overview
Leveraging the lessons of the suite of Leadership and other MBA units, this final Leadership unit focuses on leadership in the C-Suite and in corporate governance, recognising the importance of the Board of Directors, Investors and Regulators. You will be exposed to the role of leadership and the powers and responsibilities at the most senior level of organisations and the dynamics that apply in the C-suite and at Board level.
