Overview

This unit explores the factors underlying the need for organisational transformation in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environments. You will evaluate the transformation experience of different organisations and develop recommendations for a transformation strategy. Leaders must understand the impact of changing business environments on the relationships between mission, values, strategy, technology, systems, and culture. This unit develops the knowledge and capabilities for successful business transformation in a VUCA world.
