Overview

Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) will require significant business transformation, including major adjustments to structure, processes and identity. Executive leadership must understand the impact of AI on relationships between mission, values, strategy, technology, systems, and culture. This unit develops the knowledge and capabilities for successful business transformation in an AI world.

Workload and teaching
