Synopsis
Digital communication is significantly transforming business communication in every industry. Due to the continuous advancement of technology (such as Industry 4.0 technologies) and globalised nature of the business, it is important to grow effective and ethical communication skill by developing the knowledge about the basic principles behind digital communication. This unit teaches these principles that encompass interpersonal and group communication skills to support critical thinking and decision making in a globalised digital world.
