Synopsis
This unit builds on the concepts covered in the core units in years one (1), two (2) and three (3).
You will explore education, quality improvement and leadership, which are critical in addressing complex healthcare issues. To strengthen lifelong learning, you will explore and apply teaching and learning theories to provide education to your patients and your peers. You will build knowledge and skills about your role in quality improvement in healthcare. You will demonstrate effective leadership skills to role model the delivery of evidence-based practice in complex health care systems.
