Nutritional epidemiology is a fundamental concept in public health nutrition where you will study how foods affect overall health and diseases in a population. In this unit, you will be introduced to the basics of epidemiology related to nutrition. This includes key concepts and methods of design, analysis and evaluation of population-based nutrition studies.
