Synopsis
Organisational psychology focuses on enhancing the quality of working life to benefit both individuals and organisations. This unit introduces you to psychological theories, models and concepts that explain the performance and well-being of individuals and groups in the workplace. You will learn how to apply these theories, models and concepts to design and evaluate interventions to enhance the mental health, well-being and performance of individuals and groups in the workplace.
