Overview
The Commercial and corporate law specialisation equips students to develop a thorough theoretical and practical grounding in commercial and corporate law and to expand their expertise by pursuing new areas of study or explore existing knowledge at a deeper level Students can choose from an extensive and diverse range of commercially focused units, including units in international business law and regulation, corporate law and governance, commercial dispute resolution, competition, consumer, property law, business workplaces, finance, investment, and taxation law and private law.
This specialisation is suitable for those interested in developing or enhancing specialist careers as commercial lawyers or in-house counsel, or in other occupations that require a sound grasp of commercial law issues, including as accountants, company administrators and business managers
